Rather than managing as many properties as possible, we intentionally maintain a select portfolio so we can provide personalized attention, responsive communication, and consistent care for both property owners and tenants.
With over 20 years experence and established in 2013, our team brings deep knowledge of residential property management and rental operations. This experience allows us to protect property value, reduce vacancy, and create smoother, more successful tenancies. We believe property management works best when owners feel informed and confident, and tenants feel supported and respected.

Meet The Team
Paul Watson
Owner/Broker
Paul is the Owner/Broker of ProRenter Property Management and has more than 17 years experience in the industry and started ProRenter in 2013. He is from Logan, UT where he graduated with a BS in Marketing/Economics from Utah State University. Logan is where Paul met his wife Alli and they now reside in Syracuse, UT with their two children. Paul has served on the Syracuse City Council since 2020.
Paul enjoys reading, playing sports, being outside with his kids, board games, camping, and watching movies. He loves to laugh and make sure those around him do the same.
Paul is passionate about ensuring his clients receive the best service in the industry and has assembled a unique team to help him accomplish this goal.
Allison Gould
Billing Coordinator
Allison joined ProRenter in 2015 and has worked in the customer service world for over 20 years. Originally from Idaho, Allison lived in Utah for 10 years before relocating her family to Las Vegas, NV a few years ago. Allison loves being outdoors, traveling to new places, bowling, reading, going to the movies, and spending time with her family and friends.
Allison oversees our billing and AP/AR behind the scenes. She also assists in getting our new property management clients set up for success by getting their utility billing and landlord agreements in place. Allison’s positive attitude and attention to detail make her one of a kind!
Joe Hernandez
Resident/Leasing Coordinator
Joe joined ProRenter in 2022 as our Leasing and Resident Coordinator. He has both sales and customer service experience and has received some of the highest customer service satisfaction ratings in industries he’s formerly worked for. Joe assists in answering questions from prospective residents, processes applications, drafts new lease agreements, assists lease renewals, and helps current residents with non-maintenance related customer service.
When he’s not at work, he loves spending time with the ones he loves.
Joe enjoys making videos, watching comedies, spending time with his girlfriend Bernice and dogs Charlie and Missy. He also likes playing basketball. Joe loves to help others thrive and accomplish their goals.
Carlos Catalan
Property Inspector
Carlos joined the ProRenter team in 2024. He’s worked in customer service for over 20 years and moved to Utah in 2006. Carlos conducts move out inspections after a tenant vacates and periodic inspections in occupied properties.
Carlos has been married for 35 yrs, raised 3 wonderful young men, and his family continues to grow with the addition of daughters-in- law and his sweet grandson. In his spare time he loves to play or watch soccer, work on cars and spend quality time with his family.
Andrea Brown
Asst. Property Manager/Operations Coordinator
Andrea joined ProRenter in 2024. She holds a BS in Business Administration and has an extensive background in construction sales and shop management. Andrea assists the Property Manager and documents and develops ProRenter Policy and Procedures.
Andrea’s favorite thing to do is spend time with her family and support their eclectic hobbies. She loves seeing her husband and kids in their element, being awesome. If she’s not with her family, she’s working on her own hobbies which include road-biking, pilates, reading, crafting oddities, and home-improvement projects.
Stacey Clark
Maintenance Coordinator
Stacey joined ProRenter in 2026 bringing years of customer service and operational experience to the team. With a passion for organization, problem-solving, and helping people she enjoys building relationships, finding solutions, and creating positive experiences for residents, owners, and vendors alike. Stacey has lived in Utah for the majority of her life and can’t see herself raising her two kiddos anywhere else.
Outside of work, Stacey loves spending time with her two kiddos: reading, spending time outdoors, finding new activities and crafts to do together, and volunteering with animal rescues. Stacey is passionate about creating good experiences and helping others succeed.
