Results Guarantee
You don’t pay management fees until we successfully place a qualified tenant in your rental property. We handle the entire leasing process, and you only pay once you begin receiving the benefits of our services.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Our management agreements include a flexible 30-day cancellation policy. You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice, giving you confidence and control without long-term commitments.
Leasing Guarantee
If a tenant fails to complete at least 9 months of a 12-month lease, we will secure a replacement tenant at no additional leasing cost to you.
Eviction Protection Guarantee
We are confident in our tenant screening process and tenant oversight. We offer a guarantee that if we have to evict a tenant we screened and placed, we will cover attorney costs up to $1,000 associated with an eviction.
