We distribute funds to our clients on the 10th of each month or the following business day if the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday.

Log into your Owner Portal to view details such as:

  • Rent collection and payment processing
  • Payment of maintenance and vendor invoices
  • Copies of lease agreements
  • Monthly owner statements and ACH direct deposits to your bank account

On an annual basis, owners also receive:

  • Required tax documents and 1099 forms
  • A comprehensive annual owner summary statement

We screen tenants with a four pronged approach including: Income/Employment, Credit History, Criminal Background, and Previous Landlord References. We use state of the art bank encryption software to verify income directly from an applicant's bank account.

We have a dedicated maintenance coordinator to handle all incoming tenant service requests. We verify the issue, troubleshoot, and then dispatch once an issue is confirmed. We use vetted, third party vendors who provide quality service at a reasonable price. We also have a 24/7 maintenance emergency hotline, so your property is always protected.
